“National Popular Vote” Talk & Action Hour will be Monday, February 7th, from 7 to 8:15 pm, via Zoom.  Suzanne Fisher, President of the League of Women Voters of Asheville-Buncombe County, will discuss how the National Popular Vote, a constitutionally conservative approach that retains the Electoral College, will ensure that the President will always be the candidate with the most popular votes.
