LWVAB 100th Birthday and Candidate Meet & Greet RESCHEDULED

We’ve had to cancel the Meet & Greet scheduled for February 20 because of bad weather. But we’re RESCHEDULING the event for Friday, February 28! Several of the candidates we originally invited have said they will come to the rescheduled event, and we’re hoping that we’ll soon hear from more. The event is also a celebration of the League of Women Voters’ 100th birthday so please come and share this special time with us as you meet your candidates.

The community-minded folks at Archetype Brewing have been so helpful and flexible in changing the date. You must see their venue at 174 Broadway Street in Asheville (it’s the downtown location, not the one in West Asheville) for this drop-in event from 5:30 to 8:30 on Friday, February 28. It’s open to the public, so bring a friend or two. We hope to see you there!
